Physiotherapy

Our experienced team of Physiotherapists at Level 10 Fitness have a wide variety of skills to assess, diagnose, and treat injuries through a combination of methods including manual therapy, IMS, dry needling, and an exercise based approach to rehabilitation. Our Physiotherapists believe that education plays an important role in successful rehabilitation to normal strength and function.

Jackie is a Registered Physiotherapist and Personal Trainer at Level 10 Fitness who is certified in IMS needling, acupuncture, hands on manual therapy and physiotherapist led personal training.

Each physiotherapy session is individualized and one on one. Each session will include an assessment and a combination of massage, stretching, mobilizations, needling, manual therapy and exercise depending on client needs and preference.

During her time away from the clinic, Jackie enjoys running and hiking with her mini Aussie Shepherd.
